For swimmers who are starting their period or are not ready yet for tampons, our swimmers have used swim bottoms that can be worn under their one piece suit specifically designed to be worn during your period. Here are a few options. If you have an avid swimmer, you may want to purchase two pairs so one can be washed and dried.
