Gator Adult Lap Swim
A Gator swim program for adults in the community!
We offer a 9 week lap swim program for adults** this summer!
Green Group
This group is for more experienced swimmers. There will be minimal coaching offered for swimmers in this group. Sets written by Gator coaches will be available for swimmers to use.
When: Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 5:30 am to 6:30 am*
Cost: $150
Orange Group
This group is for more novice swimmers. Coaching from Gator coaches will be available to help with technique, stroke development, speed work, turns or whatever swim skills they may want to work on. Sets written by Gator coaches will be available for swimmers to use.
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 am to 6:30 am*
Cost: $150
Participants must be 18 years old, graduated from high school and not a member of the Gator swim team
*Swimmers cannot enter the pool until 5:30am when lifeguard is present and must exit the pool promptly at 6:30 am for the start of Gator swim team practice
